NBA UNVEILS NEW CHANNEL ON JOOST

NBA “Instant Classic” Games and Highlights to be Featured on Joost as Part of New Relationship

NEW YORK – December 17, 2007 – The National Basketball Association (NBA) and Joost™ today announced the launch of the NBA Channel on Joost, the world’s first broadcast-quality Internet television service. The new channel will provide fans around the world with viewing access to “Instant Classic” NBA games and video highlight packages for the remainder of the 2007-08 NBA season.

As part of the new relationship, the NBA Channel will feature complete replays of memorable NBA games, including the Los Angeles Lakers’ Kobe Bryant’s 81-point game against the Toronto Raptors on January 22, 2006, and the Cleveland Cavaliers’ LeBron James’ sensational performance in Game 5 of the 2007 Eastern Conference Finals against the Detroit Pistons, in which he scored the Cavaliers’ final 25 points to lead his team to a 109-107 double-overtime victory.

Along with Instant Classics, the NBA Channel on Joost will include a wide variety of “Top 10” lists from the NBA Video Vault. The NBA Channel will be updated with new programming throughout the season.

PBS AND JOOST FORM CONTENT ALLIANCE

Launch of PBS channel on Joost to include sampling of popular series and specials

ARLINGTON, VA – Dec. 18, 2007 – PBS announced today that it will begin featuring select full-length programming on Joost™, the world’s first broadcast-quality Internet television service. At launch, the PBS offering will include popular series, such as History Detectives and Scientific American Frontiers, as well as specials from PBS’ award-winning “Empires” collection.
